Whatsapp contacts won't show in regular contact list

Hello,
I am using a Samsung android phone, android 11
i am wondering why the contacts from my whatsapp don't show up in my regular contact list ?
I do have the numbers entered correctly. As far as i know i have also set the permissions.

Have you saved your contacts' phone numbers in your phone's address book?
