How to use ADB Sideload to install ROMs, updates, restore how to use sideload for unzipping and installing files? Any help would be appreciated.

Which OS you are using ADB sideload only works in windows 10/8/7 and android OS which are higher then 3.0 so make sure if you are using android OS your version should be higher then android 3.0.

First download ADB side load if you haven't try this adb sideload download (a detailed guide). Then using ADB sideload, you can easily sideload ROM and mod zip files by executing following commands. Setup ADB and fastboot then enable USB debugging on your device then copy the flashable zip into the same folder location as ADB. You should see the progress bar on your screen, once its complete then you can reboot your device.
