Unable to update WhatsApp ‘about’ in profile

Hi,

Wondering if someone can help, since installing ios14 I’ve been unable to update the ‘about’ status button in my WhatsApp profile, I use this daily in my business, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times now and a hard reset but nothing...

When I click to to update the about button it just closes WhatsApp completely taking me to my iPhones home screen.

Please help!

Probably WhatsApp should be updated soon, as it the same from my side.
