There are so many known e-commerce websites such as eBay, Amazon, jd, tmall and so on.

Any website that allows you to optimize the website for phones and for computers will work. You could use website such as wordpress, wix, Weebly etc. All of these editors will allow you optimize your website for a mobile as well as a pc or a laptop.

You can select anyone from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, WordPress. It is all about the kind of budget you have. It is all about optimizing the site well as per the mobile perspective.
