I got the solution from this website. As per it, Just go through the flashing process of Huawei Lua U22 again with the correct steps. Download the stock rom from the official website for your particular device and see that you have properly downloaded VCOM Usb drivers. And also download and select the scatter file properly for your particular device while flashing your Lua U22. Just follow the steps properly while flashing your device, do not interrupt the process in between.
