It could be a problem with the battery or it could be a broken contact in the phone. Do not try to find complicated solutions to a simple problem. Any phone repair shop will be able to tell you what to do in minutes and fix the problem without spending too much money. They have the knowledge and the tools

Anyway, yes there are universal external battery chargers. Search Amazon or ebay. But you should know what the problem is before wasti g money and time on something that could also not work

The problem is not the charger. They would not sell it if it would not work. You do not know if your battery is still working or if there is a problem with the phone. Someone with tools and knowledge will be able to help you
