Hello AP community.
My Samsung J3 (2017) phone has been in contact with water and even though it worked for about 24h when I needed to charge it up it got stuck on the Samsung launch page. I tried using ReiBoot to fix but that failed and now I have the following message on a blue green screen "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in Smart Switch PC software". But nothing happens/phone not recognised when I connect it to my computer (tried with PC & with Mac) to try this Smart Switch recovery function. Any ideas how to fix? Is the phone simply just broken (battery issue)?
