Had a problem with Moto Play 6 (no ring). Called Motorola customer service and tech services. Outstanding response. e.g. over the phone tried to walk me thru solution: did not solve. Get this: e-mailed me a print out with other solution, Bingo, solved the problem. Several days later
e-mailed me AGAIN to insure problem was solved and no further assistance required. Wow!
I know this sounds like b.s. and a planted rave...but no...an actual exchange. Forums are filled
with negative CS complaints from many companies but bravo to Motorola on this one.
