My Samsung Galaxy S7 not working

Hello Guys,

My Samsung Galaxy S7 has hanged for 2-3 hours, how to restart my phone & Its charging is still 50%.

I came upon trouble when it started quickly to discharge. In 10 minutes my device was totally dead . It was only -5 outdoor.

Need more info.
Could be a hardware issue.
Is the phone still under warranty?
Are your charger connections fitting firmly?
Does the phone heat up excessively when charging?
Have you received any updates lately?
Most important!
What is the model number of your phone?
And what is the Android version it is currently running on?
You can find these in settings under About Phone.

What happen with your S7? It's different between hardware issues and system errors.
