Sony Xperia Z3 — Can't use phone after factory reset

I've already reset factory my phone but the back button etc still not responsive and now I can't log in to my acc because of it, anyone knows what to do? thank you

Try a factory reset + clear cache partition.
If then it does not work yet, maybe there is a hardware failure and you will have to ask help from the customer service.

I've already done the factory reset by the way, how can I do the clear cache partition?
