Cannot receive notifications on some apps

Hi, I've been using Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus for six months.
However, I recently found that notifications don't prompt for some apps, though I have turned on Notifications on the apps.
What may be the possible cause? I tried some workarounds but didn't work at all.

Did you check your internet notification settings? And maybe even your play store notifications? And your Google apps notifications also?

All settings are correct. I've installed 50+ apps and just some of them are not receiving notifications while the settings are correct.

After installing all those apps have you check your storage to see how much free space you have left?
50+ apps takes a lot of space.
And don't forget to clear your cashed data on a regular basis.

Question is WhatsApp one of the apps you installed.
If so that might be the problem!
Lately WhatsApp has been having all kinds of issues.
