After the update of android pie the WhatsApp video call is lagging. On my video side it's is lagging but the person's who is on the other side is not lagging. How can I fix it?

Sound like when you updated too the new software it changed your personal settings in WhatsApp! You might want to look at those settings.

Solution; stop using WhatsApp make calls!
In a age old business tactic to eliminate their competition Facebook purchased WhatsApp! Since then they have been making WhatsApp malfunction so users will become frustrated and go back to using Facebook!
I recently heard that WhatsApp announced that they were shutting down all of their plus accounts in a letter to the account holders.
Facebook is slowly chipping away at WhatsApp and sooner or later they will shut down WhatsApp completely!
The only suggestion I have is to start looking for a new message app to use.

it gives problem in any vedio calling. be it from hangouts, watsapp google duo...anything u use, it is giving problem. so how to avoid that?

You can do one thing uninstall the old WhatsApp and download a new WhatsApp.
