Hello All. New to forum. So I have a friend in Russia that I was phoning via WhatsApp. I call lots of friends in other countries with WhatsApp. I fell out with my friend in Russia, but we made it up. I have blocked them but then took them of the blocked list. We can write and voice message OK, but I cannot phone them, it just cuts off.. My friend can call me.. Any advice please.

Sounds like your friends have your calls blocked!
Have them check their settings for blocking calls!

I got my friend to check your point out. Did not block me at any time.

If your friend didn't block you then my best suggestion is to call Facebook customer service!
You see Facebook now owns Whatsapp.
And every since they bought it ,whatsapp has been having one problem after another.
It is a old story in the business world!
The best way to get rid of your competitors is to buy them out, make their product as unappealing as possible so users will come back to using your product!
I think that all these problems with Whatsapp are being created by Facebook!
