I looked up your devices on the internet!
If your are trying to take the Sims card from a iPad and use it in a Android device (Lenovo tab 7). I don't think it's going to work!
Actually I wouldn't even try it!
IPad and iPhones are completely different types of devices than androids, they operate on completely different types of software and hardware!
That would be like trying to get a cat to bark like a dog! (Please pardon my simple comparison).
You need to get a different Sims card for that Lenovo tab 7!
