I am developing an app for android/IOS that uses screenshots from movies/TV Shows/Interviews/speeches. The app is for educational purpose and commercial. Is there going to be a copyright problem?
Sample Screenshot below.

Ajay
That sounds like a question you should ask a Attorney!
Copyright laws are a very in-depth subject. And infringing upon someone's copyright could cost you a lot of legal and financial problems!
Be careful!
All companies have their names and logos protected by copyright laws,
And probably their screens also!
If you use any of their screens or any screen shot with their logo without their permission, they could sue you for everything you have, and probably take that new app away from you!

Yes, as Landsay said, you'd better have a talk with a professional lawer about this issue.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
The minimalist app available on Play Store: https://goo.gl/ws42fN

  1. You'd better talk to an attorney.
  2. You intend to use it for commercial and this is likely to incur something.
  3. Check out the source that you want to capture screenshots whether it claims that you can or can't use it for any purpose.
