Not able to forward/send the media in Whatsapp

Hi,
After upgraded to latest version of the Whatsapp, I am not able to send any media to others but I can send the text msg and receive the media/msg from others.
Whenever I try to forward the media to others, the whatsapp went off blank screen for a while and its trying to send only one picture to others , but its also not sent, keep on trying to send only.

My total data size is 12GB.
I have tried all the methods, even though I tried with some of the mod whatsapp, reinstalled whatsapp and also formatted my phone, but NO luck…

My phone is Oppo F7.

In addition, if I use the same app with different no , I can send the msg and forward the media to others

I need your expertise advice on this….

Yes, its 12GB. i have so many groups...

there was no issues in the previous version, facing issue once upgraded only....
