Can anyone tell me what apps these icons are for?

Just a guess!
That heart with the star in it may be a dating app.
There should be a index of icons somewhere in your device that will tell you what they are.

check all your apps u must installed as it is app notification of dating app or any app like tinder.Check installed app icon u understand better

Pull down notification bar from the top of the screen by swiping downwards from these icons using one finger.

Observe a list will appear below the quick access menu.

This list details the notification next to its own icon.

Touching the detail in this list with a single finger tap should open the associated app at the context relevant to the noticifcation. (Or to the related app's log in screen).

go into play store. Check the list of installed apps for the icons!
Then try looking through the list of all apps in settings!
You should find those icons and a description in one of these places

i think you need to check all the app apk you have installed so far, maybe you accidentally clicked on the ads or recommendations while using other apps. And those apps which you were not aware of started to be installed on the background. you need to check them all and set up for app installation notifications, otherwise there'll be more and more icons you don't know about.
