HOW CAN I PAY

yeah its kinda a dumb question but, i already loaded my paymaya account, ready to buy this game then suddenly google asked me for a government issued id ( saw some posts that they need some utility billing too). problem is, im a student guys and the only id i have is a student id (and yes, am still not registered voter).

so any alternatives on how i can pay??

Don't you have a passport? Or any unique identification from your country. Paymaya is from the Philippines right?
