**unable to receive whats up call and messages when phone is locked out.Any solution ??**

Check below options.
1. Go to application settings and clear cache.
2. Check if ultra data savings is ON, IF YES add whats up application in exception list , so that what up can work in background to receive calls and sms. Hope this resolve your issue.
