imap email client app, no push, no background data

Hello, does somebody know a android imap client app which

*doesnt send me any push or else notifications,
* does NOT frequently sync with email server in background, but syncs / connects to mailserver only at that time I open the app & check the mails?

and the app should have absolutely no ads.... ;-)

I am not sure what your mobile phone is. To my Huawei mobile, the stock email app just works that way, not any ad, not any other notification. And I can have it auto sync only when WLAN is available.

Hello, thanks for you anzwer! My Phone is a Motoroloa Moto e4...
I found an app meanwhile by myself, which has this features,
the open source app "Open Mail" (a fork of K9 Mail) has no adware, and let it configure
to not sync in background, only fetches mail when i open it....

I think that you can do that in the settings of the default mails app... ?
