Does someone tried or has install root app on my phone. (Note5)

Hello guys,
I am going through a critical investigation about un authroize use of my mobile.
I search on internet that whether my phone was rooted or is rooted. I install root checker app which come up with red color message
root access is not properly installed on this
device
I feel like there are some specious app when i check my app in setting i came across some unknown app which cant be deleted and require no permission. I have created screencard video recording of my screen and have uploaded to youtube.

Please help me out as this is really getting me upset.
Ps. I never rooted my phone and i bought it new.
