HELP ME !! RAM USAGE IS TOO HIGH

Hello there,

Can you please help me I am using oppo neo 7 a33f and hard reset it qudraple timesy phone within few days of such reset becomes Laggy and takes time to load up home screen icons and the ram usage is always high and I am having around 150*low memory* mb to 200 mb ram out of my 1gb ram even I reboot the device same in that case it shows some 300 mb free space later on it gets to the situation as previously said

Any help would be appreciated :)

Don't use any heavy app, e,g and you may forget sometimes your recent tasks to close, so for that use recent task killer app. also if your device RAM is like 1GB then or ROM is too low then better not to use FB this would help your device running smoothly, always keep built-in memory free by using external sd card
