Want to make an app like "Khan Academy" or "Py"

Hi, im a noob developer but trying to make a some kind of course taking app or like tutorial app for my school but i don't know how. I want to make it like Khan Academy or the "briliant" app but i cant make it. Does someone have a tutorial on it where i could learn? because when i search in google there are no courses for this.
