Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge — Account Deletion Problem

Hi,
I have deleted my whatsApp about a month ago, my number is not available in their contact list when i checked, but there is option when they view my profile, they can see "Block Contact" option instead of "Invite to WhatsApp".
I deleted permanently, but yet i didn't that option.
Please, Help me. I want that option that let people know, i no longer use whatsApp in that number. It's very important.

try to explain more in other way i may be able to help you, i couldn't understand who are "they" in your words. WhatsApp offers changing your phone number without deletion
