So I created an Android app and submitted it for publishing in beta. It stayed in the 'processing' mode for nearly one day, and then was suspended (incorrectly) for violating the 'Violence' policy.
The suspension notification email read:
If you’ve reviewed the policy and feel this suspension may have been in error, please reach out to our policy support team. One of my colleagues will get back to you within 2 business days.
I promptly followed the instructions in the email and filed an appeal. I got an acknowledgement email with the ticket number in the subject line:
Re: [0-9736000017306] Your appeal for reinstatement
This was 8 days ago (on May 11). I am still waiting.
Is it common for the reviewers to take so much time to review the appeal? Is the "2-day response" just a casual placeholder?
I can't find any place to look up the status of my appeal using the ticket number.
