Posting video problem

Up till now I have not had a problem with posting videos.I posted one this morning that was delivered speeded up.I am at a loss to know why unless it is something to do with trying to improve my storage space.When I play the video from my files,it is at normal speed.Hope someone can help!

I also encountered with the similar case: cannot send the video to my friend via WhatsApp.
