Where do you want to share? Are the downloaded video files saved in your Android phone? You can try to find the downloaded video files and then share to other people or platform. If you can't find the downloaded video files, try to use AllMyTube on your PC and then download the videos again. After that, you can locate the video files easily.

First you should have a youtube app in your android phone and another device to which you want to share also have the apps. Now follow the path in your android phone "storage/Android/data/com.google.android.youtube/files/Offline/(system generated folder name)/streams" Now share or send it to another device and paste it on the same location as mentioned above. Now you can open the app and enjoy downloaded videos.
