My Huawei Ascend P6 started freezing at startup once it displays the Huawei logo now, its just shows "android" after the logo; not completing the start up process. Please help! What do I do

It is recommended to perform a hard reset for your Huawei Ascend P6.
Turn off your phone at first.
Press and hold the Power button and Volume up button simultaneously until your phone enters Recovery mode.
Press the Volume up or down buttons to select the option to clear data, and press the Power button to confirm.
