Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 — Manage apps tab missing under Ram management of smart manager for my samsung note 5

Hi All,

Can someone please let me know how to enable the manage apps tab which is missing in the ram management section of smart manager.

I am using Samsung Note 5 and its updated to Marshmallow
