Please help! Google Play Store can't download apps

Hi evryone.

I dont know if this problem do any thing with my phone or Google Play Store. I tried to install Asphalt but it doesn't allow me to do so. I cannot update as well. I've been waiting for hours but no error informed. Awwwww.... It did nothing to me but kept me waiting with no app installed. This really annoyed me.
Do you have any solution for me. Please help.

Hi,
1. have you tried to restart your phone? I think it's useful in some cases....lolz....
2. i hope you can find a solution from here: https://www.nextpit.com/google-play-not-working
3. Download from another third party store like http://choilieng.com . This is a trusted source for downloading apk. Then, try to install if it work.

Delete ur playstore account and reconnect
