My camera app quit working. I have done a software update, a hard restart and everything else I can find to try but still camera does not work.
I purchased my phone from Verizon and the best they will do is take my phone get a factory replacement but I can not do without my phone for a couple of days, I use it for work.
Any help is appreciated.

To get the best help possible, you need to describe what is not working with the Camera app. Is it a software issue, or hardware or lens issue? A screenshot would help to understand the problem.

You actually have found the ideal solution: a replacement phone from Verizon. Accept the offer, you want a working phone and not a defective one.

This is where you need a backup phone. Get yourself a cheap unlocked phone from Staples or Walmart, etc. Costs under $100. The Android Blu phones are relatively inexpensive. Make sure the phone uses a micro-SIM card which the Samsung S7 uses.
