How to help your parents with technology?

Hi, I was just wondering what your guys opinions were on teaching technology to your parents? Specifically relating to PC's and Andriods, because I keep getting asked by my mom and pap to teach them things about their smartphones and computers. What are some of your experiences with this? Thanks

I have a lot technology related solution to teach them. I am operating Techno release blog in which i provide them solution for related to technology.

yes, they learn how to make a call or use the camera quickly, but a looks a little complicated with the facebook.
