Trying to clean phone REALLY need help

I have cleaning out my phone and realized that I have a lot of apps. I can't tell which ones are similar if not the same just have different names, I was wondering if there is an app (ha bad I know) or another way to scan the phone and let me know so that I can delete them? If anyone knows a way please let me know, I'm going crazy.

Maybe you can use mobile phone manager tool or cell phone wipes tool to manage your apps on PC. With it, you can choose to erase the deleted files or the whole data on your Android phone at will.
