Samsung Galaxy S5 — Does anyone know what is this?

I found this on my phone screen in the morning. When I touch it, all screen goes grey and its impossible to do anything, even turn off. No reaction when touching the phone. After I take off the battery and put in in again it works perfectly again, but after a few hours this bubble pops in again. What is that and how to remove it from the screen? Thanks!

Open up the Settings >> Application manager >> tap Peel Smart Remote or smart remote >> Press the Disable button.
you cannot uninstall it.

or open the smart remote app >> settings >> untick auto display remote control

Disabling the app permanently is the best method
