Problem with celo data conection

Hi everyone, I am New at these forum, and I have a big problem with enabling the data transfer at my New Blackview BV5000. I've checked all to me known possibilities, afterthen I contacted the vendor without any positive solutions. The network Works in 2,3 and particullary in 4G.
If anyone could help me I would be gratefull, because everything else is perfect on the phone.

The problem is related to Intenet Access Point (APN) of your cellular provider if you are in place where 2,3 or 4G is available as you know, and you don't see G, E or H near indicator of signal strength. Сontact your mobile operator in this case. If you do, a weak network signal causes your problem.

Hello , thanks a lot for helping solve the problem, the APN were not set by default, so I had to put the values in.Now it works.☺

hi vladimir, i am having speaker problems with my bv5000,no sound at all,tried reset and reboot,still nothing do you have any idea how to fix it thanks, john....
