LG Optimus F5 — A Retarded Download Manager

Problem: LG Optimus L70, Thought to teach voice, saying "ok google" 3 times. The download manager has for 4 days, 24/7, been downloading "voice data fo" this is all that can be read. Can't stop it. Even removed battery yet it continues to download. How do I stop it... wglenn817@gmail.com. Please help...

Change the Download Manager Simple.
