My problem is I can no longer open nor play Facebook videos I see on my news feed from my samsung galaxy s5 Lollipop 5.0 smartphone using NOT the APP but viewing my Facebook online using my chrome browser. Any ideas WHY not? My husband's cell is exactly like mine & HE can play the videos, which I really don't understand!!
