No need of tool, it is simple process, just export the contacts to CSV and connect your phone to PC. now you can copy the file to PC. for the simple process why we need tool?

I think Free Syncios manager can backup your android phone with ease.

In fact you can upload most of your stuff (calendar, contacts...) to Google's own backup system if you want to switch to another Android phone... otherwise the methods show here should work, I also used an app called Easy Backup once.
