i have the galaxy note 5 and ever since i upgraded to the new software me volume on my bluetooth and hardwire devices have decreased by atleat 50%...has anyone else experienced the same ...

I did not experience the same. But I don't think the volume has anything to do with the software. Have you adjust the volume after the upgrade?

Yes I did factory reset and still the same ..I connected my Bluetooth devices to my family's iPhone devices and no issues great volume . Vzw sending me out a replacement of have same issue no choice but to return to previous phone or try different galaxy.

Mee also did not get this problem its ok here anything and tunning fast also ..I think could be the technical issue ! you should think !
