Hi all.

As you can see I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini.
In the office we have a wireless router, actually situated under my desk, less than 3 feet away.
In the wifi screen I can find the router but I can't connect.
It says (in dutch, I'm in Belgium) "Niet in bereik" which roughly means that the signal isn't strong enough.
Other colleagues (further away from the router) can connect.
OS is Android 4.4.2
Any idea's ?

Andy

If The Company Has A VPN Find Out Its Address Form The IT Guy And Try To Connect To It.

Try Clearing Phones Cache By Going To Storage And Tapping Cshe Button
Or Move A Bit Away And Try To Connect

Sorry it took so long to answer. Problem still persists.
Company has no VPN, router directly connected to server.
I tried clearing phones cache but that didn't help.
The signal is very strong (maximum) but still I can't connect.
When connecting, I'm asked to enter password, which I do and then phone tries to get an ip-address and sometimes it says that the internet connection is very slow. but even then I can't surf.
And that with me being about 2 ft from the router !
Any other suggestions ?

Andy
