TouchWiz

I hope I picked the right section for this I'm new and haven't done this beforeI I have a Samsung Galaxy Note edge but this also applies to the note 3 as well I have a problem with TouchWiz I it keeps asking whether I want to use TouchWiz home or TouchWiz easy home I keep making the selection and use always and it still keeps popping up scented into Samsung numerous times to correct the problem apparently they have no clue because they send it back and it has the same thing just got the note edge and now its doing it as well interesting me enough as long as I don't update o 5.0 seems to work fine once updated the problems begin have done. forced stop in settings also deleted cache and made sure that it was the default application still no joy any ideas short of throwing both phones in the trash
