Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — New Update within the past 10 days for Android on Samsung Galaxy Note3

I went to Sprint forum and couldnt get anywhere with this. I tried to reply to others with the same issues and complaints Im having, but couldnt get any clicks to work anywhere to leave a comment. And Ive been a LOYAL Nextel/Sprint customer since I bought my very first phone back in 1999.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note3. 5.0 Software version: N900PVPUEOC5, for whatever this info will help.

THE NEW UPDATE STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!! and I dont know what to do about it.
For starters I hate the new colors. I also highly dislike a "multitude" of the changes they made. But the biggest pain I have is:
I have to constantly keep resetting my phone cause it wont ring, no alarm, no vibration, NO SOUNDS!! Even when I reset, it doesnt last very long. Today alone I reset my phone 5 times, RIDICULOUS!!!!
I took it back to factory settings, DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! to help.
I actually threw it today out of frustration. Didnt help either.
If ANYONE has any ideas for a solution, outside of taking it to a Sprint store for repairs, I would SO Greatly Appreciate the advice.
