My wife has a factory unlock S4 mini. For over a year, it functioned fine with SIMs from AT&T and Movistar. On a recent trip to the US she got a T-Movil SIM and it didn't work. It doesn't recognizes the SIM. As a matter of fact, it doesn't recognizes the Movistar's which is the one she uses the more when traveling. The T-Movil SIM works perfect on other phones, but not on the S4. Is there something I can do to solve this problem. Please advice.
