What graphics engine is in this app?

So there is 3-step process to analyze a structure in this app: creating a geometry/adding supports/setting materials and sections/setting loads, then auto-calculating internal forces and displacements and then update graphics output.

Also there is a grid snap, like in Autocad.

There is also a web-app and Chrome-app available.

Could it be JavaScript? If yes, how could one embed Javascript graphics into Android app?
