I recently developed an app for Android but because of registration fees I couldn't publish it in Google play I need someone for publishing my app on Google play store.
My app is a free simple and I will send you all the information need for publishing like Description, title, screenshots, icons, apk...

i have a similar need but i dont think anybody will do this for you without heavily examining your code and project, i know it seems like nothing but obviously its there reputation and that is a big deal in this game
