About 6 times a day I have to restart my phone because it doesn't call or send a text unless I restart.
Here's the scenario:
I call a number, the phone appears to be dialing but there is no sound and the call never goes out.
When I text, the message appears to be sending eternally, never does more than that. So then I restart the phone and am able to send a call or a text.
After I restart the phone then several texts will appear and missed calls will be noted. So the phone goes inactive intermittently and I never know when someone calls or texts. This was a problem when the phone was new. I took it to the store, they said it was a battery problem. After the new battery came I let it have a few days and the problem persisted. Went back to the store - by then the 30 day warranty was gone and it became my problem not theirs. I really don't want to put up for a new phone.
Is there a solution to this frustrating dilemma?
