Stickdraw Animation Android app Tutorial or Sample

I want to make Stickdraw Animation like app, its like a flipnote animation which you have to draw the animation frame by frame. I've been looking for a sample or any tutorial about it. But no luck. I'm a beginner in android developing so I can't make it without proper guidance.

If you know any sample or tutorial, kindly link it to me.
