Upgrade - How to? o.O

I want to upgrade my Micromax Canvas Doodle A111 to Kitkat and if possible, to Android L (don't know very much about it but heard a lot). I'm not familiar with the procedure of upgrading OS that's why I need some help from experts!
Pls pls pls help!!!

There's been no official KitKat rom released yet, and as far as I'm aware no custom roms either. It was announced in November that it would get 4.4.2 around April or May,but there's been no news as of yet.
