Well, that's weird I think the battery over your device may have worn out ! So, I would say try purchasing a new battery :? I guess but first tell me how about the battery life you're getting ? Did you spot any unusual difference in the battery life ??

You can try calibrating your battery, here have a look at this post it will guide you in moving out with the Calibrating process (lightbulb)

Ohoo... that's weird, :? Why don't you try replacing your battery ? It has started to sound that your device battery may require replacement. :( I remember a trick for checking battery, :D try removing your battery put it over the flat surface and try rotating it if it rotates freely then I battery may have been(thinking) swollen and you need to buy a replacement. So, I would say better try it out.. :)

@fawad samoo
this looks like a battery problem. you need to get a new battery.

before that, try factory reset your tablet.
all your data will lost
1. Turn OFF your Prestigio Android tablet.
2. Press the Volume DOWN + POWER on until the screen comes UP, release only power, but keep pressing the VOLUME DOWN button, when logo appears, release Volume key.
3. Now the Prestigio Android RECOVERY menu should appear.
4. Highlight the Wipe data / Factory reset using the Volume down key and press POWER.
5. Go to YES - delete all user data and confirm using the POWER key.
6. WAIT! Do not power off!
7. Select reboot system now.
