Can someone help me please Aftet updating my phone contacts won't open I tried factory reset but didn't work. What should I do?

Contacts just freeze and a message shows says Unfortunately contacts stopped

@Esraa well, getting this error means you should factory reset your device but as you've said that you already tried factory resetting. :O So what I am going to prefer you is either flashing the firmware again or use some other third party contact viewing application from the play store. :( and wait for the next update from your vendor.
